1. About Rising Star Integrative Health Services

Rising Star Integrative Health Services is operated by Stacey Roten, an integrative and naturopathic health practitioner based in Brighton, Michigan. With more than 25 years of experience, Stacey offers a holistic, heart-centered approach to whole-body wellness, blending western science, naturopathic principles, and gentle energetic therapies.

Services are provided in collaboration with Tocca Massage Therapy. Bookings for therapeutic bodywork and integrative health consultations are made through Vagaro at the link provided on the Site.

2. Not Medical Advice

3. Services Offered

Rising Star Integrative Health Services currently offers the following services:

  • Integrative Health Consultations

  • Lymphatic Drainage

  • Energy Work (including Usui Reiki and SKHM/Sekhem Seichem)

  • Vibrational Raindrop Technique

  • Craniosacral Therapy

  • Therapeutic Massage & Myofascial Release

All services are personalized and focused on supporting the body's natural ability to heal. Services are provided to adults only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Booking and Appointments

4.1 Scheduling
Appointments for integrative health consultations are scheduled through Tocca Massage Therapy's Vagaro booking platform. By booking an appointment, you agree to Tocca's booking and cancellation policies as presented at the time of booking.
4.2 Intake Forms
Prior to your first session, you will be required to complete a comprehensive health intake form. This information is collected to personalize your care and ensure your safety. By completing the intake form, you consent to Stacey reviewing and using that information for the purpose of providing services.
4.3 Cancellations & No-Shows
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline future bookings for repeated no-shows.

5. Client Responsibilities

By scheduling and receiving services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health history information;

  • Disclose any known medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or medications prior to your session;

  • Inform Stacey of any changes in your health status before each session;

  • Communicate openly during sessions if you experience any discomfort;

  • Take responsibility for your own health and wellness decisions;

  • Follow any post-session care recommendations at your own discretion.

6. Informed Consent

Before receiving services, clients are required to provide informed consent. By scheduling and attending a session, you acknowledge that:

  • You have been given the opportunity to ask questions about the services offered;

  • You understand that holistic and integrative wellness practices are complementary in nature and not a replacement for conventional medical care;

  • You voluntarily consent to receive the agreed-upon services;

  • You have the right to withdraw consent and discontinue any session at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rising Star Integrative Health Services and Stacey shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of or reliance on information provided on this Site;

  • Any services received, including any adverse reactions or outcomes;

  • Any failure to follow post-session care recommendations;

  • Any third-party content, products, or services linked to or referenced on this Site.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
