About Stacey
Stacey Roten, MS, NHT, LMT is an ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Natural Health Consultant, Licensed Massage Therapist, Usui Reiki Master, and Sekhem Seichem Practitioner. With more than 25 years of experience, she brings a deeply integrative approach to wellness, blending western science, naturopathic principles, and advanced energetic and bodywork modalities.
Stacey earned her Master of Science in Exercise Science from Oakland University in 2008, became a Natural Health Therapist and Therapeutic Bodyworker from 2019-2022, and is currently working towards her Doctorate in Holistic Biomedicine. She has spent her career supporting clients with chronic health concerns, emotional imbalances, and patterns that keep them from fully rising into their personal power.

She is also deeply committed to her own inner evolution, exploring and integrating her shadow side using her natal chart as an astral blueprint for growth. This inner work fuels her passion for guiding clients through their own journeys of authenticity.
